Terms
and Conditions The
following terms and conditions apply to
purchases of a user's license for
Wildfire Enterprise. These terms and
conditions may be modified in whole, or
in part, at any time and without prior
notice. Other terms and conditions may
apply, and are described in the Wildfire
Enterprise Help System. In case of
conflicting terms, the terms which are
described herein are controlling as they
are more current than those you have in
your Enterprise Help files. These terms
and conditions are guaranteed to apply
for a period of no less than 90 days
after the date of purchase.
Maintenance - Wildfire provides periodic
"service upgrades" to its
software. These upgrades may alter the
Enterprise system to improve performance,
change file structures, fix minor bugs,
etc. Wildfire does not charge for service
upgrades, which may be combined with
additional Feature Enhancements.
Feature Enhancements - Wildfire
periodically provides feature
enhancements, as well as new features, to
current users of Wildfire Enterprise.
Such augmentations may or may not
constitute a new version - referenced by
a new version number - at Wildfire's sole
discretion. Wildfire does not charge for
feature enhancements which may be
combined with service upgrades. Wildfire
does not currently charge for new
versions which are made available at
Wildfire's sole discretion.
Support - Wildfire provides most support
during normal business hours: 9 a.m. - 5
p.m. Monday - Friday (Pacific Time USA).
In an emergency, you will typically be
able to reach Wildfire support personnel
at other hours. With mature software such
as Enterprise, however, this is rarely
necessary. Wildfire does not charge for
normal technical support which is
requested within 90 days of purchase.
