What's
New in Version 7.50
Back-Office System:
Email:
Extensive
features have been added to create,
and save, ad hoc groups of people for
company emails. Extensive
features have been added for
automated processes which will send
emails to people on a scheduled basis.
For example, send email #1
today, email #2 in three days, send a
monthly update on the second Friday
of each month, and many other
scheduling options. There
is no limit to the number of
processes that can be set up, or to
the number of group definitions
that can be created.
The company can easily monitor
standing processes of both the
company and the distributors.
Emails can be keyed to the language
preference of the recipient, and
the email can be sent in foreign
languages. Emails can include
headers and footers, which can also
be keyed to foreign languages.
Other:
SQL Database
tuning and maintenance is performed
automatically, at regularly scheduled
intervals. Product/Service
line items can be resorted for easy
maintenance.
Internet
System:
Downlines
can be view in either text or
graphical format. Graphic
downlines can be highlighted by the
distributor to help locate specific
people [e.g. new distributors].
These highlights can be saved for
future use.
Email:
Extensive
features have been added enabling
distributors to email groups of
people in their downline, or to their
customers, or even to their prospects.
Distributors can create automated
processes as well.
