applications to do the work for them. As
proof of this, each of them will tell you
that their software is too complex and
under-powered for you to operate; that
they must host it for you - and charge
you a boatload of money to do it. They
won't word it quite that way, but that's
what they mean.
The Wildfire
Enterprise system offers some advantages
that you won't get elsewhere, and which
will allow you to operate the system
yourself without expensive technology
staff, and without having to pay Wildfire
a ton of money. Some of these things are:
Wildfire Server
Engines - The Wildfire database, the
Wildfire Internet interface, and the
Wildfire Email interface, all come with
Server Engines which do away with the
need to purchase, understand and maintain
Microsoft Transactions Server or
Microsoft Exchange Server, or anything
else for that matter. You get one-stop
shopping and a single point of contact
for support. In addition, the Server
Engines are self-contained; they are not
an add-on to the Enterprise LAN
interface, Therefore, they don't rob
power from the other functions you may be
performing. In addition, they can be
located on a dedicated server if you
choose to do so.
Wildfire Internet
Engine - Our Internet interface is driven
by a "executables" instead of a
massive cgi script. This results in much
more horsepower, and much more
flexibility. Best of all, our self-replicated
and completely customizable distributor
sites are not separate connections to the
database, which would drive you into a T1
phone connection quickly.
Wildfire Server
Managers - All Wildfire Servers come with
a Server Manager which allows you to
customize the system yourself without the
need to pay us money to do it for you.
For example, you can add as many menu
items to your Wildfire Internet home page
as you want, and use them for anything
you want .... maybe a streaming, multi-media
presentation .... no need to have us do
that.
Wildfire's SQL
Database - Our database choice - 6.5
times faster than Microsoft SQL Server -
combines with the above features in an
extremely elegant way. The only database
on the market which allows users to read
and write the same record at the same
time, it powers the database connections
in a way that nothing else could. Bottom-line:
more power with less hardware and lower
operating costs.
There is much more
that results in the easiest to use, and
most affordable system on the market
today, but it's pretty technical so we
hope this much is understandable by all.
